THE FUTURE OF VOLLEYBALL IN OUR AREA STARTS HERE!
Our 2020 Grassroots League will start this January! We are evolving the way our area trains youth. This program is designed for beginners ages 7-12 wanting to learn the sport of volleyball. We will be combining skill progression and 'play'. MAX amount of reps + MAX amount play = MAX IMPROVEMENT. ECVC Alumni, and current players to help mentor!! Create bonds to last a lifetime through sport! COME HAVE FUN WITH US!!!!!!!!!
Panama City Area Grassroots will start Wednesday January 22!!
Practices will be held Wednesday nights from 6:00-7:30 at North Bay Haven Charter Academy.
Santa Rosa Beach Area Grassroots will start Wednesday January 29th!!
Remainder of practices will be on Tuesday nights from 5:00-6:30 at Dune Lakes Elementary.
Cost for Grassroots will be $400 for an 8 week session including two tournament style playdates. Cost includes 8 practice sessions, 2 tournaments, jersey and practice T!
You will need to be a registered member of the Gulf Coast Region in order to participate in the Grassroots program. You can register via the following link (Steps for registration process listed below):

To register please pay via paypal (3% fee) below or venmo payment to Meaghan-Allen-12. Payments can be made in full or you can pay in two payments of $200. Once paid please email us at [email protected] and let us know which area you intend to participate, Panama City or Santa Rosa Beach.

WRITTEN DIRECTIONS TO REGISTER FOR Grassroots and USAVolleyball:
Step One:
To begin please visit: GulfCoastVolleyball.org. Begin your online registration under the tab “Online Registration“. The “Member Information” page will appear.
Step Two:
Send us an email at [email protected] letting us know your intent to participate in our Grassroots Program and in what area.
Step Three:
Pay season dues to secure your spot in the program.

- When you have filled out all the required fields, click the “Continue” button. The “Membership Options” page appears.
- Choose your “CLUB NAME” (Emerald Coast Volleyball Club) as a club name.
- Select “Grassroots” as your membership type.
- Click “OK” to continue. At the bottom of the page there will be a “Waiver & Release of Liability” form. Click on this form and at the top of the page “Click here to Print” instruction.
- Once you have a printout of the “Waiver & Release of Liability” form, you and your parent/guardian must sign and date the form.
- You will also need to print and complete the “Player Medical History Form”.
- Player Medical Form must be completed, signed, notarized and submitted to the junior club director. If requested you can also turn in a copy of the Confirmation page to your junior club director so he or she knows your registration is complete. Please keep copies of all forms for your records.
- If you are simply renewing your membership for the new season, click on renewing membership link under “Online Registration” Here you will enter your user name and password that you set up when you first joined USA Volleyball.
- * You must turn in a copy of your USAV Membership Card, the “Waiver and Release of Liability” form Player Medical History form, and the “Parent-Spectator Code of Conduct” form to the Club Director before a player can participate in ANY events, including tryouts, clinics, practices or tournaments.
